You can buy them together in the Real Estate Bundle on Relo. The Practice course unlocks as soon as you complete and pass the Fundamentals course and exam, with no re-registering in between.
Yes. Create your myRECA account first. RECA will issue your Contact ID, and you'll need that number to enrol in a RECA-recognized course with Relo. You'll also need an approved RECA Eligibility Application. Apply early: RECA doesn't publish processing times.
